Tree Ornaments - Embroidery Sampler Panel by Dropcloth Samplers

Introducing the Tree Ornament Sampler! An embroidery sampler that when complete you can sew into four festive holiday ornaments. This sampler includes four tree panels and four tree trunks for you to embroider by hand. I used back stitch, couching, and french knots, but you can choose your own stitches to suit your own taste. For best results, we recommend using 3 strands of embroidery floss or size 8 perle cotton in your needles. Choose your favorite colors.

This sampler lends itself to a lot of color and sparkle—the couching around the outside is a great place to use metallic threads. I can't wait to see what you'll make. Complete directions for sewing your embroidered panels into ornaments are included. Sampler arrives printed and ready to stitch.

• Scissors
• Backing fabric or wool
• Sewing Machine (optional)
• Iron and Ironing Surface
