Shipping policy

USA CUSTOMERS: Unfortunately we have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States due to the uncertainty of the tarriff/customs/duties situation.  We hope to have further clarity soon! 

We aim to ship your order within 4 business days, usually same or next day.  All orders are sent with Australia Post and will have tracking.  Please follow tracking via the email sent from sales@astitchintime.net.au or Australia Post for all orders NOT the Shop App 

You will receive a tracking number to the email address supplied with the order once the post label has been created.  Allow 24 hours for updates from Australia Post. 

Preorders will ship once stock has been received.  If you order in stock items with a preorder item, your order will ship in it's entirety once the preorder item is available to ship.  If you prefer to receive your preorder items separately, please place a separate order with separate shipping costs.

Unfortunately we do not ship to countries within the EU due to the regulations required.  We are not registered for VAT and also do not ship to UK.
