Spun silk is a delicate band sampler that teaches a variety of stitches. It is a great size on 32 count linen and doesn't overwhelm if you are new to specialty stitches. There are over 20 different bands with different stitches and techniques. The sampler is a comfortable size to stitch and it is charted in Silk/ DMC along with some specialty threads.

This is not a sampler for beginners to stitching on linen. Most of it is very easy to complete if you are comfortable stitching on linen with different types of threads.

Design area
5.5" x 16.5"  (84 x 247 stitches), 32ct Belfast Cream Linen. Add an extra 3 inches on all sides for finishing. If you chose to stitch on a different thread count of linen you will need to make changes to your specialty threads and beads.
