Mary, Queen of Denmark - Cross Stitch Pattern by Merrilyn Heazlewood

A few months ago I made the comment to Merrilyn that it would be nice to have more Australian designers creating samplers  

It is therefore with delight that we can announce Merrilyn’s first Sampler, in Red and exclusive to A Stitch in Time, Hobart. 

Mary, Queen of Denmark combines features of Denmark and Australia.

Both countries are surrounded by water, so the border is undulating to represent waves.

The Danish flag is Red and White, therefore a red sampler.

The chart is available as PDF which will be automatically emailed to you upon purchase or you can choose for it to be printed and mailed.

Kits are available also in 28, 32, 36 and 40 count linens with DMC thread.  The kits will be supplied with a fat quarter of linen, allowing a 3" border on all sides and will be in Antique White.  If you would prefer a different colour linen, please contact us at the shop and we can discuss your preferences. The design is suitable to stitch on Aida and we can kit that for you also.
