Margaretha Schropfer - Reproduction Sampler Pattern by Jeannette Douglas

This reproduction was stitched on 40 ct Old Linen by JUDesigns or Winter Wren by Fox & Rabbit is a great match.

On this count the sampler is 7 ¼” x 6”. The fob is 2 ¼” x 4”. I ran out of time, but I would have liked to stitch the piece again and made the adaptation into a drum with the fob. I would like to think it would make a lovely set.

This sampler was stitched in the Soie d’Alger silks with 2 threads from Dinky Dyes, no thread pack was made. There is a DMC conversion in the chart.
