Colorful, all cross-stitch reproduction sampler

Very little history but a lot of charm.  Suggested to be Welsh however no definitive way to confirm this.  Originally stitched with wool on perforated paper this model is stitched on 36 count Heartland by Picture This Plus with overdyed cotton threads.
