The original sampler -- it's a charmer, and can you believe Felicie was only 7? As always, my charts come with a little essay about the antique, and my thoughts about what make the sampler special, in this case, those beautiful, organic borders, the color palette, the airy space contained within, and the quintessential French-ness of it. This one is one of my favorites!

There are no specialty stitches on this sampler, and no over-one stitching, meaning this would work well on all kinds of fabrics!

Stitch count is 299 by 223.

Fabric is 40 count Cappuccino by Fiber on a Whim.

Threads are Classic Colorworks Onion Skin, Old Money, Straw Hat; Sampler Threads Caramel Corn, Chamomile, Dried Thyme

Weeks Dye Works Cocoa, Juniper, Lily Pad (2), Oak.
