Ann Matthews 1859 ~ Reproduction Sampler Pattern by Hands Across the Sea Samplers (PDF)

Ann’s delightful sampler has been reproduced with a palette of 17 colours from Au Ver à Soie’s range of Soie 100.3. We have provided conversions for Soie d’Alger and DMC. Only one spool or skein of each colour is required when stitching with 40ct and higher. If you are using under 40ct, you will need two skeins of DMC 904 and 321, and two skeins of Soie d’Alger 2135 and 2923.

The model was stitched on Weeks Dyeworks (Zweigart-based) linen in Parchment. We would recommend a fabric close in colour to DMC shades 739 and 738.
