Join me for a fun Halloween themed workshop/retreat with Karen & Brendon from Fox and Rabbit Designs.  This will be a teaching retreat with an exclusive design, fabric and Trunk Show.  You do not have to stitch Halloween to attend though!  An optional extra kit will be available for pre-stitching and more information on that will be available closer to the event.

Dates:  Friday October 25th - Sunday October 27th 2024

Venue: RACV Hotel, Collins Street, Hobart, Tasmania**

You may choose to pay the full fees up front or a deposit.  If you pay a deposit, an invoice will be sent to your email address 7 days before the payment plan fee is due 

Total Cost:  $370.00*

Deposit required to secure your place: $80.00*

First Installment Payment due 1st February 2024: $145.00*

Second Installment Payment due 1st August 2024: $145.00*

*Should you cancel after paying any of the fees, a refund will only be given if your place can be filled, less a $10 processing fee.

If you have paid a deposit, you will receive further information on the hotel (once their booking calendar opens) including a discount code should you wish to stay there.  Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.  

All travel arrangements and costs are the attendees responsibility and travel insurance could be a good idea

** Thursday will be shopping day!  It will be a public holiday here in Hobart for the Royal Show, however I will have the shop open for anyone wanting to come and visit from 11am - 3pm

** Friday will start with a Meet & Greet at the hotel at 2.30pm with afternoon tea

** Saturday and Sunday will commence at 9.00am each day (for the official welcome) and retreat fees include morning and afternoon teas and lunch on both days plus dinner on Saturday night, an exclusive design/pattern including smalls projects plus other goodies are included.

The stitching room will be accessible until 10pm Friday & Saturday nights and there will be an optional Smalls Exchange on Sunday morning along with the usual retreat fun and friendship, a Show & Tell table, Lucky Door Prizes and more!  Kitting up options will be available also
