"This design was inspired by a beautiful quilt made by Janet Locey of San Juan Bautista, CA, which I found in the October 2006 issue of American Patchwork & Quilting Magazine. Janet was inspired to create a quilt by a photo she found in a circa 1800 applique quilt she found in a book. She made her quilt in the late 1900's, then I designed this in 2007! I named my design INSPIRATION because the original design inspired countless numbers of quilters and stitchers.
